7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Important)

  • You will contact Collxall LLC directly at collxall@gmail.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback
  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these Terms

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We retain fraud prevention data, shipment confirmation, and delivery proof for all orders
  • This evidence may be submitted to your payment provider to dispute any chargeback

Invalid Chargebacks

The following are considered invalid chargebacks:

  • Claims of “unauthorized transaction” where billing/shipping data match
  • Failure to read or agree to our final sale policy

If a chargeback is filed improperly:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback fully
